    Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    I bought this one a few weeks ago. It came in a surprisingly small package. Big advantage: you don't need much space to exercise. You can build up the exercise by rolling further away.

    Pros:
    - Great for training your abs - Its simple
    Cons:
    - If you don't do it right you might get your back injured - Allthough u get a knee pad, it can still hurt doing the exercise
