Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

Pros:
Black is looking great with my black iPhone 3G
Cons:
It doesn't have as much weight added as the orignal Apple. It will stay on your desk without any problem, but a little bit extra weight would be nice. The USB cable that came with it is working a bit strange (see "Other thoughts" for explanation about this)
Other:
The USB cable is working a little bit strange. If i connect the cable to a (external powered) USB hub, my iPhone shows up for about 3 seconds i iTunes, synchronizes very quickly and then disappears in iTunes. If i try this with the original Apple cable (that came with my iPhone) attached to the dock, my iPhone stays visible in iTunes. But if i connect the USB cable that came with this dock directly to an USB port on my PC, it works without any problems. A little bit strange.
Bottomline:
Great price, but that item on the USB cable should be looked at, and the extra added weight on the dock would be nice
