Nice cable – Micro USB Male to Mini USB Female Adapter Converter (9CM-Length) Reviews

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

Pros:
- Good build quality - Includes 5 conductors (extra connector only found in the mini and micro connector is connected by cable.
Cons:
- Cable is normal plastic; not as good as the silicon cables but definitely better than the HTC shrink-wrap cables. - There's no shielding in the cable, neither are the shields from the plugs connected.
Other:
The mini USB B connector is mounted on a little PCB which is properly glued fast inside the plug housing.
Bottomline:
This is a proper cable which should be very hard to break. The only way I can think of breaking this cable is by pulling it so hard all five of the leads tear loose. This is because they're soldered on.
