    Pros:
Huge LED with 3 chains of 3 LEDs each. Needs about 10-11.5V to power it to it's 1A max. With the manufacturer-rated 70lm/W not the latest tech, but pretty good price. You might wanna look into Cree XM-L aswel, although that one will need a 3A driver. Li...

    Cons:
Not really, only for making lightbeams less suitable

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    * Easy to mount * Soldering wires to the leads was much easier than soldering to metal core PCB * Thermal impedance seems to be fairly low, which means that light output should degrade slowly
    Cons:
    * Unknown manufacturer and no datasheet * Optics (lens, reflector) are not readily available, if you wish to focus the light b...
