    A great knife. Very sharp, very convenient to cut soft vegetables and bread. The ergonomic handle fits comfortably in the hand. Plastic is soft and cuddly.

    Pros:
    very nice knife that fits good in the hand and is comfortable to use. when it arrived it was very sharp, and still is after several months of constan use. it is easy to clean. but it should be cleaned by hand, a dishwasher could destroy the edge

    Once it arrived I was astonished by it's beauty and precison. It was a cirurgic blade and I could cut an apple with the width of a paper leaf.
