    I love you ceramic knife! Really is a good ceramic knife. Is well balanced, lightweight, well designed and stylish. Its very sharp and has a good blade sice. Its ideal for cutting fruits, vegetables, bread and raw meat

    Pros:
    My first ceramic knife. Looks great! Grip useful with soft-touch rubber, blade beautiful "polished graphite". Very sharp. I dont use my metal knives still got ceramic. First day i cut everything in my fridge :)

    Sharpnes of blade is realy excelent, also ergonomic is good (for me :-) ). I use it mainly for vegetables , but i try also cut with it some meat and I don't see any problem.

    Beautiful looks and ergonomics, lightweight. Doesn't rust when letting it stand in water to help cleaning it. Comfortable handle with a sure grip.

    Excellent knife. Better than others I previously bought. Seems to be better balanced than the others. Nice grip, super sharp. It's even a little heavier and that's a good thing, especially for better cuts.
