Really easy to conect, great build quallity, it does what it says, 5.1 analog channels and SPDIF in/out, also de extra mic in + line in connectors are really usefull!
It's not really plug&play for Mac, it took me a while to figure out how to make it work
If you own a PC, it's really easy to install, but if you have a Mac, Google "Dr lex cm6206 enabler", be sure to read all the instructions, first time I tried didn't work, also make sure to set it under "MIDI audio" in utilities, the difference in the highest and lower volume in OSX 10.7.2 is not so much, but it's really loud! this is no problem of the sound card, it's the OS that doesn't let you controll it.
As a reminder, music is recorded only in 2 channels + bass, so your music will not sound trought all 5 speakers, only movies encoded in 5.1 will do, iTunes does not support this, try VLC Player.
Great product and really hard to find in other sites.
