    Pros:
    Cheap, well made. After a few weeks of use, still like new. Adult hands fit in nicely, and even kids can use them (with two fingers in one finger holes).

    Pros:
    I loved this training pads, the price is really good for it and the quality is great for the price. You should consider buying this pad if you want a pad for training and you dont want to spend a lot of money
    Cons:
    Nothing really bad, just that it came really dusty and when you use it for first time the dust blows out, but just the first uses.

    This is very good to practise boxing to everyone who learn Martial Art. also the price is good no expensive. and easy to use. you can practice Almost all boxing kinds - Jab,Kross,Uppercut,Hook.
