The light appears to be slightly dimmer than a 28 Watt incandescent light, but not by large amount. I suspect it compares to a 20-25W lamp.
The color produced by the light bulb is pleasant. The individual LEDs appear to produce a good amount of light; they are very bright to look at directly.
It warms up a little.
It is not firmly affixed. If you attempt to screw/unscrew it holding from the lighting surface, sooner or later a wire or two will probably break inside. You must remember to grab from the white surface just below the LED boards.
The plastic cover is glued shut, which makes it difficult to verify the electrical construction quality without breaking it.
I have not opened this up yet to analyze what kind of circuitry it has eaten, nor do I have experience about how it lasts in use. It would also be interesting to see how much power it actually draws.
It's a nice lamp and if the specs are right, doesn't use a lot of electricity.
