Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

Pros:
- The idea is just great, bluetooth is really easy to sinc and the FM is also very easy tuning
- The function to stop the music when a call is received is also great.
- The microphone is really great and you may be heard from any place in the car.
Cons:
- Even the idea of get the bluetooth and retransmit into FM sounds great but the double transmisions cause a serious loss on the sound quality, so the idea is not as great as originally though.
- There is a very bad quality control, we buy arround a 100 pieces and 35 of them does not transmit the FM signal (seems to be a very common problem) and a 5 more stop transmiting at a few weeks of use. Also other couple had problems like bad constuction or simple even it said LCD screen we receive a Led screen.
- Sometimes in the fifth song it skip at the beginning or the middle to the next track cutting the song.
- The Dial option in the remote control does not work with the smartphones (we have tried with many mobiles and we coudn't make it work with any)
- Caller ID is not easy to see, the number is shown very little so is better the car one.
Other:
To expensive for the poor quality of the product. Intuitive for someone that had use MP3 FM transmiters and Bluetooth before, but may be require some advice whom is not familiar with the technology.
Bottomline:
Is a good product if you do not want to touch the original installation of your car or if you want it to look low profile. As hands free is an excellent product, as MP3 is as good as any other but for music from the cell is really poor quality but acceptable. Price for me is too high for what it does.
