    The best

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
This is a durable, extremely bright, reliable torch (flashlight), with good throw, but plenty of flood. It has a nice comfortable grip, and a good heft. I carry it every day, I have submerged it in water, dropped it, let it get too hot but it keeps shining,...
    Cons:
Really none, it's great. Ok, don't use it a long time on high - it gets too hot, and maybe a lower mode would be good, it's rea...

Great Torch, Bright As Hell, Nice Throw (Great For My Needs). Also Has A Nice Amount Of Flood So It Lights Up Your Current Area Really Well.
    Cons:
Build Quality Is A Bit Questionable. A Few Scratches & Marks, Always Makes You Wonder As The Item Is Meant To Be New. Had ...

    MY EYES! I'm blind!!!

posted by Kapiiitan on 06/28/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
    - A strong, bright flashlight, i made the mistake of looking directly to the beam. I won't do that again, for sure! - I liked the design a lot. - It can take some abuse, but keep it to a minimum.
    Cons:
    - Dealextreme really needs to improve the packagging. This one came a bit damaged, but nothing serious. - The glass came a bi...

    Sun in your pocket!

posted by Fregat on 04/20/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Very bright! Just the sun or a car headlight in your pocket! Nice design and color. Smooth reflector gives a good beam. The fact that it heats up - it is rather a plus, so the radiator is working and LED will not burn.
    Cons:
Poor quality paint. Uneven color. There are minor scratches. For the new stuff - it's unpleasant. A small scratch on the edge o...

    Regular flashlight on XM-L

posted by vetal334 on 04/05/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
    1) Cree XM-L T6! This new LED, announced in January 2011, becomes very popular in flashlights due to it's price and light output. 2) Good thermal design: star PCB mounted on pad made of aluminum providing good heat transfer to the flashlight body. 3) In LOW...
    Cons:
    1) Poor load regulation: current drawn highly dependent from battery voltage and changes from 2.5A (3.70V) to 3.25A (3.80V). I ...

I Wish I Had Bought Two

posted by Enduserz on 03/24/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
This torch has some serious throw to it along w/a generous amount of spill that I'll definitely benefit from using it primarily in heavily-wooded terrain. Excellent build quality. 3-mode w/memory. Quite useful & very intuitive. I definitely wouldn't wa...
    Cons:
Accepts CR123 batteries instead of the 18650 variety indicated in the images. Received parcel in exactly 30-days. I thought th...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Very well built Greased o-rings Feels solid Hell of a lot brighter than a Tiablo A9 (haven't tested it with the collimator head for throw comparisons, stay tuned for that) Memory Tail Clicky
    Cons:
3 mode (although the memory tail fixes this) Doesn't come in a box, so a bit scratched (kinda who cares on this one, it's goin...
