Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

Pros:
Visibly much brighter than my 900 Lumen lights, and the shiny reflector is a great combination with the LED. Nice spread of light rather than a piercing beam.
Cons:
I learned to hate the 5-mode clicky switch in less than a minute. You can't immediately tell when you turn it on if you are at the brightest level or one level down. The SOS mode is useless -- does anyone know Morse code any more? I would love to have a simple ON/OFF switch with this light, full bright or off. If I want a dimmer light, I will use a dimmer light.
Other:
The high current draw from the single battery means that the battery life is short at maximum brightness. So plan on using the SKU 47663 batteries (3600 mah) with this light, and you will get the longest run time. The SKU 18074 battery case is a great way to have two extra batteries in your pocket.
Bottomline:
A 1200 Lumen light this small is amazing.
