Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

Pros:
It's not expensive. Seems to be accurate (I placed it on a flat table and rotated it). It can be dismantled easily. The bubble level is a short plastic cylinder inside a moulded rubber housing.
Cons:
Could be cheaper, but it's pretty cheap really.
Other:
I am going to use the bubble level without the housing on a project I am working on. It's cheap enough to do the job, and it's nice to have a level reference. I can't comment on using it with a camera, sorry.
Bottomline:
If you want something like this, then buy this one.
