    Pros:
This flux is very conductive and it gave me a big headache. Its residue is still conductive even after cleaning it with three different cleaners. It looks like the board absorbe it which coused many problems. I used this flux on board with microcontoler an...
    Cons:
This flux can be used only for soldering wires if you want to avoid sideeffects. Price is low but this is thill very bad flux.

    Pros:
This flux work exceptionally. I was amazed at the quality. Using this together with solder wick to clean up bridges when soldering a 100pin TQFP microcontroller (by hand) worked perfectly!Couldn't do the job without it. It's Cheap as chips!
    Cons:
The nozzle could be a little smaller for more control whilst releasing the flux (very minor though)

    Its flux!

posted by Criggie on 08/13/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Its flux, it works great. I have a gas soldering iron which tends to gunk up quickly because it is so hot. A dip of the tip in flux cleans it right up.
    Cons:
Cons? the residue is a bit messy, but all flux is like that.
