Pros:
these are great cutters !
i work with electronics every day and I find these cutters pretty good.
I cannot comment on how hard the steel is, but they seem ok so far.
Fine cutting edge, great for stripping light gauge wire.
Cons:
the handle are not comfortable, they are made from very hard plastic and are fairly thin.
But its not too bad overall
