Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

Pros:
It works as a USB data and charging cable for the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10i No problem with it's function.
Cons:
It's all wrong in design when used with XPERIA X10i! The EC600 MicroUSB cable faces inwards across the top of the phone thus covering access to the 3.5mm audio out and reducing it's use while the USB cable is plugged in. The 'original' cable I have that came with my XPERIA X10i faces out from the phone, allowing access to the 3.5mm audio out while the USB cable is in use.
Other:
You can still plug a 3.5mm audio out cable in while the EC600 MicroUSB cable is being used, however you're kind of bending both the microUSB and the 3.5mm cables at their connection points to do it and while it connects, it is ...just wrong. And worse, the shielding is not up to scratch when both audio and power cables are pressed against each other and probably the reason for audio distortion in this setup.
Bottomline:
Probably other cables on the market more suited to the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10i
