Really easy to use. Just stick it in the meat. There is a guide on the back of the packaging telling you hot hot different meats should be.
Pretty acurate - and adjusts to temperature pretty fast.
Also works to test temp. of liquids. I bought it to use to test the temp in a still I hope to build one day.
Threw the packaging away and now don't know the 'correct' meat temps... nevermind, but could be printed on a plastic card/fridge magnet? Not an issue though.
