Be careful to understand what you are trying to do – VGA to S-video and 3RCA F Cable Reviews

Pros:
Seems well built.
Cons:
Do not full yourself, this is not a converter. That is not really a con, but many people will make this mistake.
Other:
VGA is a very different video signal then composite RCA or S-Video. This should not be confused with VGA video signal and composite video signal which are comparable. Under normal conditions, in order to convert a VGA signal to a composite video signal, you need a converter (an active device) not an adapter (a passive device). This cable will only work with certain video cards that are made for this specific pin-out and signal type.
Bottomline:
Again, be careful. If you are not 100 percent sure that this is what you need, then it probably is not.
