    Bright

posted by Aorwell on 09/10/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Lamp seems sturdy, and it's bright. No really, it's bright. The flashing mode is well thought and actually usefull, since it blinks, and does not tempt to imitate an epilepsy-inducing stroboscope. Build quality seems fine
    Cons:
in some situations, the light might be too bright (yes, it may happen). Not the slimest lamp

    Bright but cold

posted by Aorwell on 09/10/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Light is bright and easily replaces your 40-50 bulbs, especially if you have a bugle-type lamp. I used it to replace a 50 watts bulb and noticed no real difference
    Cons:
Light is white. Very, very white. Wintery white so it has a "cold" feeling to it. Not the best lamp for the "coz...

    Good quality, but one flaw

posted by Aorwell on 11/11/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Good built quality. It'd been in and out of my jeans pockets for over three weeks now and no sign of wear and the sewing still holds good. Absorbs small falls. The magnetic latch is easy to open when receiving a call
    Cons:
The closing strip will bend over, forcing you to slip your ear underneath it, but, mosre annoying, will cover the light sensor....

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
works on every computer I've tried it on so far very small size (could be a cons though)
    Cons:
the size is perfect if you plan to leave this permanently on your computer/laptop. If not, watch out so you don't loose it

    Good kit, but fragile handle

posted by Aorwell on 10/09/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Lots of endings, including some difficult to find. Very usefull for the electronic DIYers and phone repairs. Lightly magnetic to hold pieces. Comes also ith a long arm
    Cons:
The handle is flimsy and even tightened to the max, won't hold the handle, which will slide in.

Perfect for your kids first binoculars

posted by Aorwell on 10/05/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Cheap yet sturdy enough to survive a 6 years old boy. The field is a bit narrow, but it's more than enough to show things to your kid without having to haul around big binoculars Small, and the pouch has a belt strap so you can easily have them handy. Each ...
    Cons:
Narrow field, but for the price, nothing to complain

    Nice case

posted by Aorwell on 04/05/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    - Cheap - the phone slides right in, just with enough margin so you don't have to fight with it to get it out - belt clip has little return so it can't unhook easily - magnetic closure, eay to open close, contrary to a pressure pin
    Cons:
    none so far.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Bright. Effing bright. If a car was using it, I'd probably flash him to ask to turn down the high beam Nice built, and water resistent. I've taken snow and showers, and it still doign great. Battery works great. It's been holding charge for weeks though i...
    Cons:
If you want to be picky, you could argue there's a hotspot and the beam could be more homogene Strobe mode is completely usele...
