Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Great, challenging games for anyone looking at improving mechanical reasoning skills. Once you get frustrated, there is a useful answer sheet provided. Don't lose it!!
    Cons:
Don't plan on giving as a gift, the packaging is pretty poor, and the delivery arrived with all the puzzles working fine, but t...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Super light and small, crams easily in the back pocket of a cycling jersey. Great windstopper for your face on cold morning or evening rides, it stops you getting a sore nose and ears from really cold conditions, and also stops wind noise on really windy da...
    Cons:
None, really. Sewed seams at each end would be the only upgrade I'd recommend.

Great AU-power USB hub with bright blue light

posted by BuddhaHat on 08/28/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It's great to have an international supplier offer AU plugs as standard on some of their products, it makes it much easier for Aussies to get their gadgets and not have to worry as much about adaptors and transformers. There is plenty of current in this pup...
    Cons:
Not recommended for bedroom use if you like sleeping in the dark. The light is super bright, and I haven't found a way of turni...

Excellent kit, almost more than you need!

posted by BuddhaHat on 07/22/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Decent kit, hefty, fits nicely in my saddle bag. Has had a tool for every riding incident I've had so far, including tire repair, seat and handlebar adjustment, and just about anything else I might think of. Little carry case is good, velcro on the flap is...
    Cons:
The tire levers aren't the best quality, I don't think one of the tips was folded on mine, and I'm slightly worried it could te...

Good additional batteries for your RC toy

posted by BuddhaHat on 07/22/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Bargain basement price for a bunch of RC batteries Charge with no problems, duration seems acceptable on my U816A quadcopter. Standard battery for the U816A is slightly smaller, but these squeeze into the chassis with no problems.
    Cons:
None that I can think of, it's a battery.

A decent stand for iPhone, as long as your case is skinny

posted by BuddhaHat on 07/21/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Not a bad stand for the price. Twisted appropriately, the legs and base connection are very strong and stable, which allows you to set the phone at any position you require.
    Cons:
If you try to fit an iPhone 4S with a skinny plastic case on, it will ever-so-slightly bend the plastic retaining clip, but it ...

    Brilliant little piece of plastic

posted by BuddhaHat on 07/21/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Simple, recess in the plastic to allow it to lay flat even if it has a keyring attached can be used on the smallest of flat surfaces Have used galaxy s4, iphone 4s and HTC One on it, and all balance fine and display at a good angle for viewing purposes
    Cons:
none really, it's a piece of plastic that costs almost nothing, what do you expect?
