Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Not meant as a permanent solution for an enterprise environment, but saved my bacon when the backplane died and I needed to get data off the RAID array. support up to U160 speeds without issues much much cheaper than other comparable versions
    Cons:
solder quality not exactly top notch - adequate but not a great example of workmanship

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
My old P3-based celeron download server now has more than a terabyte of storage thanks to this card. Was simple to install card and load the drivers for Windows 2000 - just needed to read the chip model number to work out which driver to use. There are HEAP...
    Cons:
The distributor uses one generic box for more than 5 different products, so identifying the card to install drivers can be a bi...

posted by HeXa_act on 07/16/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Does the job adequately - no issues with performance Red is nice - goes faster :p
    Cons:
No locking clips :( The cables are very stiff... seems to be the fault of the red plastic covering. This and the lack of lockin...

so simple they can't really get it wrong

posted by HeXa_act on 07/16/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Solid build quality - no fear of them working themselves loose and causing intermittent signal problems Currently using 5 of these on my old plasma screen for the RGB input - no problems whatsoever
    Cons:
Plain looking - certainly no bling with this (not that Monster cable buyers would be smart enough to purchase items near their ...

    just works perfectly

posted by HeXa_act on 07/16/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
bought a few of these to use some small LCDs as secondary displays in case mods - work perfect and I can't fault their operation
    Cons:
The worst I could say is that they are a dull grey and the thumbscrews are a bit fiddly. More colour choices in future perhaps?...

works but not the best battery life

posted by HeXa_act on 07/16/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Fitted my V3 without any issues at all Phone charges fine with it in - no complaints about "alien batteries" like some other phone brands have with generic batteries. Build quality is good and no overheating issues.
    Cons:
Battery life is about half of what a new original Motorola battery gets.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Bright, cute, pulls hot chicks The two bright white LEDs run directly off three stacked button cells - battery life ove the last year has been excellent... still as bright as the day I got it.
    Cons:
Build quality isn't the best - nothing that a bit of glue under the snout can't fix. Pay attention to how the batteries are fit...
