    Good for the price

posted by Jeanx on 04/02/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Small with solar panel. Self charge under sunlight. Good price. Nice package - box is well made and menu is pretty clear.
    Cons:
Wrong description on DX (1800mAH state on menu, not bad for the price). Output current is quite low (~40mA). It takes 8 hours t...

    Good price

posted by Jeanx on 12/13/2007 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
There couldn't be any better deal than 8C per piece. 46 out of 50 cells are over 1.55V. Worked alright in my boot light.
    Cons:
4 of 50 are lower than 1.55V new. 2 of them are even under 1.5V - 1.48V and 1.39V respectively.

    Pros:
Good quality build both internal and external. Smooth/flat contact at negative end. Decent over-all though out. Deep shining head reflector keep the beam straight.
    Cons:
Compare to Ultrafire 502D, this is double the price. It is still good price for its quality.
