A pretty small, but fun toy

posted by Kastle on 10/20/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
It's cheap, is easy to carry in a pocket and with little of time to get used, it could be also useful when walking in the nature. For kids it is a very suitable, because of the monoculars small size. Coated Z-monocular is also very easy to use.
    Cons:
At first it's very difficult to get used to look into, especially if you are an adult .

    Stifling sound

posted by Kastle on 10/19/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
I bought these one as cheap, closed headphones. They prevent nicely the sounds from outside to bother your listening experience. I mainly use these to record my songs in home studio, and these ugly headphones don't leak the sounds to microphone.
    Cons:
Well the sound is pretty lousy and stifling. If you have an equipment where you can control the bass and treble, then maybe the...

    Nice cheap media player

posted by Kastle on 02/08/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
With this price, it works fine as a mp3 player and 1 gb is just enough for my use. It looks nice and more expensive than it actually is. The build and sound quality is OK, suitable for most use. And it plays video files and there is even some games and you ...
    Cons:
The power button don't work anymore, but you can shut it down by pressing play button long enough. Finding the files is difficu...

    Stylish and OK controllers

posted by Kastle on 02/04/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
It's cheap, it looks great, it feels OK. Although the white controllers are the classic ones, black is beautiful too. Build quality is also better than expected.
    Cons:
The buttons feel stiffer than in original controllers. Same "problem" with both, Wiimote and Nunchuk. After some playing hours ...

    OK spare controllers

posted by Kastle on 02/04/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Look like the original ones and works OK. Build quality is OK but not as great as the original Nintendo controllers.
    Cons:
The sound from the wiimote's tiny loudspeaker is often amazingly loud (and harsh). I had to put some transparent tape on top of...

    Works fine

posted by Kastle on 02/04/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Works with my HP 6310 NX laptop. After charging the battery, it had about 2h and 30 minutes working time. I remember the original battery had more than that, but I may be wrong. The price is great, maybe much as 50 € lower price than the new HP battery. Als...
    Cons:
Not much. The working time could be longer.

    Good but not great

posted by Kastle on 09/19/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
This transmitter is very easy to use, just put the SD card inside the transmitter and plug it in your car cigar socket. After finding a available FM Channel, crank the volume up. IR Remote is a nice add, although I don't use it much. It's as easy to change ...
    Cons:
I don't know if it's the higher frequencies that cause some MP3 files sound quite bad, especially when there are some quiet mom...
