Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works great under Linux, or windows with Xpadder. With some fiddling it can "emulate" being two Xbox360 controllers, so the games supporting works without any tinkering in-game
    Cons:
The almost hilariously bright red LED is almost comparable to a small sun. And the USB switch & port on the front seems poi...

    Pros:
Just as fast as the more expensive one's, but that's to be expected, since they're all using the same chips. So no worries there
    Cons:
the solder points for the IDE header are capable of touching the metal body of your harddrive, so cover the "collision&quo...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Makes it possible to use a fullsize & full speed SD-cards in almost all devices with MicroSD slots. Tested with with both a Allwinner A10 "android stick" and a few smartphones, and it worked as it should
    Cons:
It's honestly very fragile ESPECIALLY the flex cable, and caution should as such be taken when using it.

Decent performance, but lackluster build quality

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Fair priced, great signal range and almost no noise when there's no cellphone activity.
    Cons:
When there's cellphone activity, the FM signal gets heavily distorted by it. Even from cellphones in passing cars causes interf...

    Decent, but could be better

posted by NOD127 on 11/10/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Ridiculously cheap compared to what you'd have to pay for the individual components + PCB to hold it.
    Cons:
The output voltage fluctuates depending on the load, so it's not for applications where a stable voltage source is mission crit...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Capable of charging even most tablets, and it's size makes it handy and portable.
    Cons:
The battery is definetly too small to be a 2600mAh one, definetly in the sub 2000 category. Also the solar panel can only recha...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Does the job and it's clearly marked with whats + and whats - on the input side. Additionally it's actually providing a stable 5volt output that's within the error margin allowed by USB devices
    Cons:
Feels slightly flimsy, but considering the pricetag that could be classed as nitpicking. It's also missing polyfuses on the inp...
