    Versatile charger

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Despite the description says it’s only NiMh, I’ve tried with NiCd batteries and works fine with them. The discharge function can be useful to avoid NiCd batteries to develop the “memory” effect. It can has independent charging channels, so can charge any nu...
    Cons:
The batteries get a little hot when changed, but I think this is normal in fast chargers. The metal tabs that adjust to the siz...

    Pros:
They came charged and ready to use right out of the package, so they’re true LSD batteries. They cost just a little more than locally sold alkaline brands like Energizer or Duracell, and you don’t have to throw them away when depleted, just recharge (very a...

    Inexpensive quality cable

posted by Raramuri on 03/15/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
It’s very well build, the cable itself is thick and the plastic of the connectors seems very solid (typical Nokia). I’ve tested it with Nokia, Blackberry and Samsung phones and works well both charging and connecting to a PC. The included clip is useful to ...
    Cons:
None so far. Maybe that it doesn’t came in the retail packaging, but that’s not a problem for me.

    Bright and handy

posted by Raramuri on 03/15/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It’s small and very bright (better light than an existing 16 led flashlight that uses 3 batteries). Uses a single AAA battery that’s cheap and easy to find when needs replacement. It have been for a month on my key ring and it’s hardly noticeable when in my...
    Cons:
The light have a blue tint, so don’t try to do color matching with it, he, he, he. I’ve bought some of these and came with asso...

    Versatile reader

posted by Raramuri on 03/15/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It’s small and can read the memory cards of all devices in my house. It’s quality built as all Siyoteam products I’ve. It came in retail packaging. It’s automatically recognized by both Windows 7 (32 bits) and Windows 8 (64 bits).
    Cons:
I’ve received mine with a baby blue strap. I think it should be either black to combine with the color of the reader.

Very small and seem very well build. It includes a string to attach to a key ring, were it resides now to keep it handy. The micro SD card is inserted from the back and is easy to take off if needed. I’m using a Sandisk 16gb card and it’s recognized without...
