    Small, light and well-made

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
I can't get over how small and light this unit is with a 14500 LIon battery. It's great for night-time dog walks with the red highlight windows giving cars passing on dark streets ample warning, and it's very waterproof with good O-rings and tight toleranc...

    Great quality product

posted by Rolfster on 11/29/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Very nicely made unit, looks great. Feels solid and dependable. Charges fine with 110v (you need to buy a SKU 03502 round to flat plug converter to use in N.A.) Nice that it comes with the 4 depth attachments and machine oil to keep it lubed. Cordless de...
    Cons:
Charging stand is a bit fiddly at first until you get the right angle to engage the charging pins solidly. The Chinglish manua...

    Great value for the coin

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Nicely finished with smooth operation. Handy tripod mount thread hidden under screw cap. Comes with cleaning cloth and lens cap and the pouch has two side pockets handy for instruction sheet and keeping supplied lanyard from flopping around. Also has belt ...
    Cons:
Would be nice to have a lens cover for the front lens as well. I just put the cleaning cloth down in the bottom of the pouch to...

    Really handy little lights

posted by Rolfster on 05/08/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Really simple design and much brighter than I expected. Perfect for dark cupboards and drawers where you need light to find things. magnets turn off light when within 1/4" of sides.
    Cons:
1 unit came with 1 bad battery. Buy a 50-pack of batteries when you get the lights and no problems for years.

    What a steal!

posted by Rolfster on 01/02/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Great meter for the money. Does all that I need and the backlight is nice and bright. Comes with a 9v so it's ready to go. Incredible value.
    Cons:
Leads are usable, but a bit cheaply made. However, standard connectors mean you can swap them out for better ones if you need to.

    Great value

posted by Rolfster on 01/02/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I was a bit leery of the modes at first, but I've learned to love them. It's very bright and works well with rechargeable CR123s. Fits the bike mount (SKU 8274) perfectly and is a great bike light. The strobe mode makes me much more visible even in daylight...
    Cons:
    Clip is a bit useless.

    Great mount

posted by Rolfster on 01/02/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I bought one to see if it fit my Ultrafire Rebel Mini flashlight (SKU 3786) and it perfectly (and tightly) holds the head section of the light. I've bought 3 more for my other bikes to use the light as a commuter flasher. The mount is very firm where needed...
    Cons:
Gets a bit brittle in sub-zero weather, but hasn't broken yet!

Brighter than the 30 Mw by far

posted by Rolfster on 12/10/2007 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
True or not, this laser is much brighter than the 30Mw version I purchased first. It will mark black plastic but not light matches unless focused with a lens. Nice texture to the shaft makes for sure handling. Uses normal batteries.
    Cons:
No IR filter. And boy, do you notice that if you shine it on a white wall nearby.(ouch) The massive IR leakage explains it's ab...
