    Great, I bought 10!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Helps spread out the heat created by the RAM, and combined with active cooling, it can bring RAM temperatures down quite a bit. Looks nice too. Easy to intall. Fits on DDR and DDR2, but haven't test SDRAM. SDRAM shouldn't really be worth it anyway.
    Cons:
Once installed, it would be either hard or dangerous to remove it. It might also void warranties.

    Pros:
    - Charges AA and AAA simultaneously. - Very convenient if you have a bunch of USB ports and you hate having to crawl under the desk for a powerboard. - Very cheap. - Good build quality. The top plastic bit slides out to put batteries in and slides b...
    Cons:
    - Slow charging. Perhaps a dual-head USB cable will help?

    Pros:
    - Quiet, less than 29dba for sure. - Interesting graphics. - Easy to install.
    Cons:
    - Doesn't push as much air as SKU 5194, and is almost twice the price. Is quieter than SKU 5194 however, but I can't really h...

    Good Performing cooler

posted by Smokin-Whale on 12/05/2007 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
    - Good cooling performance in comparison to the stock intel cooler. - Very easy installation. Took me 15 seconds. - The 90mm fan pushes the hot air from the CPU directly into the rear exhaust fan or into power supply, so heat doesn't build up in you...
    Cons:
    - Fan is louder than stock intel one, but this is probably because it spins a lot faster. The fan can be controlled to be qui...
