    Pros:
Cheap, and compatible! Hooked it to my desktop, installed the debian arduio sdk, and had it blinking in under 5 minutes. works just like my arduino uno, (except its much smaller)
    Cons:
really none, some of the silkscreaning is a little rough, and as others have said, arduino is a brand name, and likely this i...

    Pros:
It almost does what i want, which is to plug a DTV and netflix box into my old 19" vga LCD. it works when i use the composite inputs, and i guess i could use the tuner inputs to input channel 3/4 from my dtv, but id prefer to use NTSC composite from t...

    Little Voltage/Continuity Tester, Very Engrish!

posted by adricm on 07/19/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Got a few of these tools to test stuff with at work, we maintain some 208V AC and battery backup DC systems. Pros: It does do continuity testing, and dc and high voltage estimating. But was able to verify it did work, and can detect current nearby.
    Cons:
Not very accurate, and the instructions while translated are very very bad (think engrish.com bad). (thing has two buttons/cont...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Love the standard AAA battery usage, works great on them and for a good long while. the bright mode is amazing, and its really odd to see such a tight beam projecting the led grid,
    Cons:
nobody understands the focus they all try turning it. Also they are incorrect, its a plastic lens, not a glass one, (i have 2...

posted by adricm on 05/08/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Works great on my Nikon D40, no problem using it from a wide angle, over a good 15-20' distance. simple one button design does the job! I love it!
    Cons:
i cant tihnk of any real cons, aside from the fact a lanyard or method to clip it to a strap would be nice, and maybe make it a...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Compact simple design, that looks good too. Very nice case! and cleaning cloth. The fact that the lenses flip up makes them awesome for wearing even when you go into shops and buildings.
    Cons:
Plastic on lenses was a bit of a bear, no 98 driver disk, box was a little flimsy, and i found no instructions, (although the 3...
