    great spy cam

posted by aloscha on 01/09/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    - very cheap, about 1/5 of what it would cost in my country - good video quality, great audio quality - fairly well built, although i suspect that the plastic parts break easily - good battery life, about 3 hours - takes 16 GB SDHC cards
    Cons:
    - looks like a pen if you don't examine it, otherwise it's very obvious that this is a spy cam - has only one button, and the ...

    Pros:
    - great price (costs about 1/5 than in my country) - lots of them! - fairly long battery time (not one has run out as of yet) - very lightweight, doesn't make your keychain significantly bigger - simplistic construction = less stuff that can break, and ...
    Cons:
    - build quality is ok, but the plastic casing cracks easily - 2 in a batch of 10 didn't work out of the bok (easily fixable th...

    Cheap but doesn't impress

posted by aloscha on 02/03/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    - Cheap - Contains most tools you may need while travelling - Is okay as a contingency toolkit, but won't survive heavy use due to sloppy manufacturing. Everything works though. - The format makes it possible to carry it in your wallet, which makes it le...
    Cons:
    - The knife and scissors are not very sharp and made of a low-grade steel - Most tools tend to fall out from their slots

    Pretty good batteries

posted by aloscha on 02/03/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
    - They seem to pack a real punch, at least according to my multimeter - Since the only place in my vicinity sells these for about 20$ for one, this makes it a bargain. - I've being using them for about 20 cycles and the performance is still as if they were ...
    Cons:
    - Being batteries, they are pretty expensive. Although they are a lot cheaper than I've seen. - The design is ugly if you care ...
