posted by andan on 10/17/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
    1) It's one of the nicest looking lights on DX. The chrome attack head bezel combined with the anodized black aluminum tubing is very nice. 2) I love the addition of the GITD tail switch. GITD = glow in the dark. 3) It can head and tail stand perfectly....
    Cons:
    1) Threads are a bit rough. 2) Only works with a flat-ended positive (+) 18650 battery like SKU 4757 (http://www.dealextreme.co...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
    1. Nice even flood. 2. Very bright and lots of light when used in a dark room or outside at night 3. Tail stand possible 4. Solid (slightly stiff) clicky switch
    Cons:
    1. Limited use for the "zoom" function. Honestly, I use it on the general flood level most of the time. Not very gr...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
    1) Smooth aluminum body. 2) Can tailstand and has a bright orange clicky-tail cap. 3) Has glass less, aluminum reflector (as far as I can tell), and does take 1.5v AAs or 3.6v-4.2v 14500 (tested with both) 4) It does come with a good wrist lanyard (will ...
    Cons:
    1) The glass lens slides side-to-side if you shake the flashlight. Would be nice if it was tight against the head rim. 2) It'...

    Decent Blackberry Clone

posted by andan on 02/23/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
It's a very nice clone of what looks to be the Blackberry 8900 "Javelin", though it has a resistive touch screen, has a button where the scroll wheel button should be, and the Curve's keyboard. The screen is bright, vibrant, and sound output is clear and m...
    Cons:
The touch screen is a bit wonky and with the included stylus, it'll take several tries with the smaller interface buttons befor...
