    Good computer for its price

posted by anpaza on 08/24/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
    - Cheaper than any other wireless bike computer - Shows almost anything you want to know - Has a vibration sensor, so it wakes up automatically whether you shake the bike
    Cons:
    - The radio channel is not noise-protected; I know a place where this computer starts collecting wheel rotations like crazy, sh...

Good deal, but not the best product

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    1. Very cheap 2. Is large enough to fit the Nokia N810 4.3" screen, you'll have to cut it a little to fit. 3. Did I say it's very cheap?
    Cons:
    1. Not really suited for devices with touch-screens. While installing the protector I managed to scratch a little it with the p...

    Good charger

posted by anpaza on 06/29/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    * Will not try to charge already charged batteries (LED becomes green as soon as you insert a charged battery) * Gently charges the batteries - does not overheat them. In fact, they are just a little warm during charging. * Has dual power-in - either from...
    Cons:
    * It does not use a specialized IC like bq24105 or bq25012, so don't expect it to be too smart (e.g. it can't do droplet-chargi...
