    Good value

posted by avjamash on 05/06/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Seems to be of good quality, cuts hair very smoothly rather than squashing the hairs to cut them, it slices them like better scissors would. This results in to less split ends and hair getting caught/trapped in-between the blades and not getting cut.
    Cons:
Scissors are shorter than they appear in the picture, may not have even been the same ones.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
The camera seems very sturdy for its weight and size. Takes Reasonable quality video's and pictures. The unit itself is a good shape, doesn't create much wind resistance/drag. The mounting kit is fairly good for mounting on the Landing skids of a heli.
    Cons:
The camera's tilt can only be adjust between slightly down or straight down. if you want it to point straight ahead, you will h...

    Pros:
Build quality is equal to that of the cheaper no brand ones sold in hobby shops. Secure, and perfect size for storing multiple batteries. has slits in the side (the length of the Velcro inside strip) which is good for getting the cables in nicely for chargi...
    Cons:
None really, however, would be nicer to have maybe more padding (thicker bag) to offer more protection for the batteries while ...

    Great Value Training Kit

posted by avjamash on 02/22/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Excellent value for money, great size, light weight, foam balls fit well and snug on carbon fibre rods. the rods are also a good size for using as a spar in the wing of a park flyer for a bit more strength.
    Cons:
The centre piece that you attach the rods too, is a bit weak and easy to break, luckily you get two in each pack.

    Very handy

posted by avjamash on 02/09/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Very handy, easy and simple. Cuts CAT5 (ethernet / twisted pair) cable sleave very well once you get used to it. Also works well on other cable and wire for electronics, coax, some speaker wires, and hobby items like batteries.
    Cons:
Needs a slight amount of pressure to get the right depth of cut, once you get used to this, it works very well.

Velcro a bit tight but i guess it a good thing if a battery has some force, the bag wont open easily, but its a bit of a fight ...

    Lipo Volt tester

posted by avjamash on 02/09/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Very easy to use, and very handy out on the field especially if using for air or sea vehicles in making the decision to use a battery or not before flying or boating.
    Cons:
I find the more cells a battery has the more inaccurate the unit becomes (reading higher than the actual voltage). Cell one's r...
