Not compatible with D90 but nice product

posted by bidib on 01/06/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Mount system is well thought, although it does not fit my D90. It consists in a metal frame glued on your LCD viewer, and the viewfinder sticks on top of this frame thanks to magnets. Smart, quick and durable (if the adhesive is well stuck on every sides). ...
    Cons:
Not much compatible with my Nikon D90. Although you can fit the metal frame on the screen, there are many problems making it un...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
cheap, useful, can give you lots of new possibilities with your digital camera. Battery included. Range seems to be huge, i just tried from the other side of my house (about 10m) and it works great.
    Cons:
No cons. Everything is fine as far as I know (only used it for an hour for now).

Works, tastes a bit weird but interesting

Involvement:Novice  (still getting used to it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Interesting way of cooking fatless potatoe chips or other vegetables. taste is a bit weird at first, i might try to rinse slices before cooking or with another variety. Only had 2 tries.
    Cons:
As mentioned on other reviews, the slicer is a bit cheap, tends to slice not very accurately : slices are thinner on one of the...

Cheap price, cheap build but cheap amusement

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Soooo cheap. Ordered 3 of them to be sure one at least would work :-D The 3 of them work, so the deal is cool. Ok it's only spinning leds, but kids might adore it.
    Cons:
However, the build quality is very cheap. Cheap plastics (looks used although it's new), cheap painting, no packaging... chance...

    Good construction for this price

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Very useful, easier to use than classic kinfe-shaped peelers. Ceramic is appropriated for this use because the fragile blade is protected from wear and scratches which makes ceramic knives not very interesting for a long term. It does not rusts, unlike st...
    Cons:
The ceramic blade isn't as sharp as my previous ceramic peeler, which was a quality one (although blade separated from the body...
