Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
small and super strong. very useful for lots of different things. i used a few together to make a loop on the fridge i can hang my sharpie from.
    Cons:
going to try the 3mm size next - was hoping these would fit inside the tube of a ballpoint pen to stick them to metal surfaces,...

    Pros:
holds papers to my fridge better than large decorative magnets. i even used them to hold sheer curtains over the window on a metal door once.
    Cons:
can be hard to get off the surface if you don't have fingernails and can't slide it sideways off the edge

    Cons:
i also have a sku 20704 which works as well for about half the price. no other cons

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
it outlasted the camera so well i got another camera that takes the same battery. holds a charge, does its job well. it's never been a problem for me.
    Cons:
it'd be nice if there was a case for it but that's not a big deal

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
i've had these two and a half years, rattling around in my purse or being dropped, shoved off the table onto the floor and generally banged around and used hard. they still latch and they never pop open accidentally
    Cons:
it's not a con, but a feature useless to me. the grooves on the sides are for locking the three cases together into a long unit...

    the real deal

posted by catastrophegirl on 06/23/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
this is the real furminator. instead of hours of brushing my dog to get his thick undercoat when it comes loose in the summer, it's a job of minutes now. also good for the cats, the love it to bits
    Cons:
the handle is not proof against strong dog jaws. but then, my dog also eats cans of food still in the cans. keep it from being ...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
it's good for so many things. i rarely use the mini wrench heads but the bottle opener and phillips head get put to frequent use. i've also used it as a prybar to unbend a jammed wire dog crate
    Cons:
every time i use it in front of someone they want it so now i buy several at a time and keep them in my desk at work and the ju...

posted by catastrophegirl on 06/23/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
it works better than the refurb OEM battery that came with my friend's refurb laptop. i gave it as a gift and she gets at least two hours out of it.
    Cons:
i really can't think of any.

    nubbly

posted by catastrophegirl on 06/23/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
while i'm not sure how much exfoliating/scrubbing it does, the texture is neat and very invigorating on my face. easy to clean, i hang one in the shower from the finger loop so it drip dries and doesn't stay damp and grow gunk.
    Cons:
it took me a minute to figure out the best way to get my fingers through the loop and get ahold of the support piece on the back
