    Perfect

posted by chemist95 on 12/27/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
This calibration weight is extremely inexpensive at only $1.93 It is accurate, my milligram scale says its 5.000g It came sealed in a baggie to keep any air or dirt from disrupting its accuracy It is a must have if you want to operate any digital scale
    Cons:
They are very little cons to this product. I guess you could lose it easily, but anything that's only 5g will be small

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Radio looks professional Not bad power output at all for the price (however it isn't 5W) CAN be programmed with kenwood software and cable so you can put the frequencies of various things like security guards, taxis, cops etc (but don't transmit!!!!) Can be...
    Cons:
It isn't 5W. That is spurious. I found that on many other sites it is advertised as 3W. Whilst I'm not certain which is correct...

    Good laser

posted by chemist95 on 06/17/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
This laser is quite bright and likely above 5mW. I would make an uneducated guess that it's between 5-20mW. Probably around 15 The laser is very cheap thanks to the DX promotion in the logo
    Cons:
You have to press the button hard for it to get it's full output. The power output can vary quite a bit but this is not mode-ho...

    Pros:

    Cons:
Probably the biggest con is the threads for opening the laser. They seemed crappy and were hard to close. A tad annoying. Eye d...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Fantastic price! You will not find such a versatile radio at anything less than twice what this sells for. Great frequency range. Picks up my local taxis, security guards, police, EMS. Feels steady and well made! Comes with a bright flash light Good p...

It doesn't allow 390-400MHz which is annoying because there is some interesting mil air there. The provided AC adapter is for ...

    Pros:
The tripod is cheap, small and easy to use. It would have been a great tripod, if it didn't break
    Cons:
