    Be careful with it!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It worked well for the time that it worked at all. I like the color scheme. Charges a Galaxy S3 very well.
    Cons:
I bought this and a green one, both for my car, after the loss of another cheap DX cable I bought. Within two weeks of each ot...

    They're cheap. No question.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Great for keys or small tasks.
    Cons:
Terrible for large tasks and prolonged use. Color wears off very easily. Too easy to wear out the spring and have to change it ...

It works well. My server runs off of it.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It's definitely a great spare cable if you need one. It's also a good permanent cable if you need one. Build quality is great, and the no-snag boots on the ends feel solid. Solid connection to ethernet jacks.
    Cons:
The price is my only major complaint, but then again I don't know how much it costs to manufacture flat cables. A similar-lengt...

    It works.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It extends any iPhone/iPad/iPod accessory without trouble. Build quality seems good. I am not worried about this cable breaking or going bad anytime soon. Solid, rugged connection to the dock connector on my iPhone.
    Cons:
Not long enough! I would love to see DX sell one of these about twice the length of this one. Price is OK, but could always be...

Has trouble under OS X 10.5 on PPC, but good.

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Very small footprint. Works under Windows Vista and Debian GNU/Linux (per my own testing). External RP-SMA connector makes use of higher-gain antennas very easy (which is why I bought it in the first place). USB 1.1 and 2.0 makes it near-universally comp...
    Cons:
Mac OS X 10.5 on a PowerBook G4. I tried two different drivers (which ended up being obviously rebranded copies of one another...

    They work great!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
I bought three of these and every one of them worked perfectly. They're great to have if you quickly need a M-M headphone cable. Small connectors should fit first gen iPhone or the first gen iPod Shuffle with a case on it. Better than OEM Apple cables.
    Cons:
I'm disappointed in the length. I would like to see a longer version of this cable made available. I think the price could go ...

It works on my iPod nano.

I bought two of these. One of them wouldn't fit into the dock connector of my iPhone or my iPod nano. When I plugged it into m...

    I'm glad I bought this.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
It's a great replacement for any Apple OEM cable. The blue connectors make it easier to find or identify among other cables. The dock connector is smaller than the usual Chinese crap you get on here. It looks like it's the size of the authentic OEM connect...
    Cons:
Would like to see a longer one available. More expensive than others on this site. Dock connector is a little more snug than I ...

    It's a mouse pad.

posted by discofreakboot on 02/12/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
It's a mouse pad. My mouse tracks on it very well. It's very portable and easy to take anywhere. It grips the surface of my desk very well on one side, and my mouse tracks very well on the other side. It stays put! It's blue!
    Cons:
It's just a piece of silicon, so I think they could offer it a little cheaper than they do.

    It's not really a 'kit'.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
It holds really well inside any dock connector. It will definitely prevent junk from getting inside my iPhone's dock connector making it more difficult to plug into.
    Cons:
There really are none. It seems like it might be a hair too long, but I don't care. It doesn't affect the function.
