    Works

posted by eliasalberto on 11/13/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
Works. On RD9700 it seems to be USB2.0, so it might go up to 100mbps. I don't care enough to test it. You can change the mac address. CD has drivers for Android, Linux, Mac, win2k/xp/vista/7 32bit and 64bit, and winCE500/600.
    Cons:
Not plug and play. Need to install drivers from CD.

    DIFFERENT CHIPSET (Realtek RT5370, nov/2012)

posted by eliasalberto on 11/13/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
A great surprise, it seems to have 2.4ghz AND 5ghz radio! (when checking config under 'advanced' tab in windows 7 device manager, there's an option to select contry/region for 2.4ghz and another to choose for 5ghz). I can't test it though. Signal seemed acc...
    Cons:
Not plug and play on win7. Requires drivers which are in the included cd. At least the cd has drivers for windows linux and mac...

    Nice tester screwdriver

posted by eliasalberto on 10/26/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Better than expected. Doesn't use batteries! Has a pocket clip. It can detect energized wires by induction, without having to peel them or touch conductive parts (shows a small lightning bolt on the LCD). So it's probably good to detect the point where a po...
    Cons:

    Good, small screwdrivers

posted by eliasalberto on 10/17/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Magnetic. Metal is not too soft. Small. Already had one kit, liked it so much I bought three more (backup, car, eventual gift).
    Cons:
REALLY should have a few smaller Philips and Slot tip bits. Of the 4 kits I've bought, one came with the lid smashed (maybe dur...

    Works

posted by eliasalberto on 08/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It's small in size and huge in capacity, as it should be. Comes with a microSD-to-SD adapter, and this adapter has that little lock to prevent writing. Works in my Nokia 5800, in my notebook's card reader and in those small card-reader keychains.
    Cons:
It says class 6, but I've just reached 4MB/s writing top speed with it. As it was already advertised as Class 4 on DX, I haven'...

Good if you don't wanna mess with chargers

posted by eliasalberto on 08/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
You can plug it directly to the outlet to recharge, so no more messing around with chargers. Has its own lithium battery, so you can recharge it at any time without screwing up the batteries. If you don't have to fully use the battery before recharging it, ...
    Cons:
Not as bright as some other flashlights with more leds or high powered leds. Quite big, since it does have its charger onboard....

    Bright, useful flood/throw, fun

posted by eliasalberto on 08/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
The first high-powered single led flashlight I had. Very good, beautiful, good cost-benefit ratio. I was amazed at how bright it was, never seen something so bright. Then I got a SSC-P7... :P Very useful thrower, good flood. Nice lightsaber on foggy environ...
    Cons:
Takes forever to screw it forth and back between flood and thrower. Can't take 18650s. Has no reflector. Is not waterproof. Doe...

    Pros:
So you get that fancy networked media player, then you decide to make a barbecue in your garden. Only then you realize your old network cables only go a few feet beyond your door. Should you leave your guests and go out looking for any place open on a sunda...

    Working 4-digit PIN

posted by eliasalberto on 08/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
4-digit pin! Ten thousand different combinations! Price is ok. I like its look and weight. It has a colored stripe where you should line up the numbers. As I bought 4 of these, I had two with red stripes, one with black stripe and one with deep blue stripe.
    Cons:
It has no spring, so you gotta pull it to open after lining up the numbers. (points deducted in "ease of use") Chrome...

    It works!

posted by eliasalberto on 08/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
At this price I couldn't even believe it works. Good price, good amount of superglue. It will dry out before you use it all, anyway.
    Cons:
Only 10ml. Very fluid, so it is hard to work with. Once you realize, you've already soaked everything up in glue, including you...
