Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works. Looks like a flash drive with slots on the side. Takes SIM cards!! and it reads the other card slots fine, this time.
    Cons:
None, this time. DX sent me a replacement for the defective one and didn't even ask for the other one back! All you can do with...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Tests Ethernet and phone-type jacks. Has a mode where the lights don't cycle as quickly, which is good if you need to see exactly which pins light up together. Both halves attach together for storage.
    Cons:
Power/mode switch is not very well made. 9-volt battery connector does not stay snapped together; I have to hold it against the...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works. Features are very nice to have, especially in one device.
    Cons:
Not durable; I kept it in my jeans pocket as my primary pen for a while, and eventually the bottom section (which is held onto ...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works. Very compact, so it doesn't take up much space when packing it for transport. Stylish. Ear cups can be rotated outwards, which is useful for DJs -- and they can both lay flat, which is good for packing. Connector is small and stylish.
    Cons:
Short cord. Might get uncomfortable after a while due to the cushions pressing on your ears. Sound quality: heavy on the mid-hi...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works. Interchangeable sizes of ear adapters. Adjustable volume. Replaceable battery.
    Cons:
I can tolerate the bulkiness, but the gold ring around the earpiece is ugly (and visible). The silicone ear adapters are shaped...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Works as expected. Plug and play, no drivers to install. Good range. PowerPoint hotkeys, mouse movement, and laser pointer all in one. Long battery life. USB receiver can plug into bottom of hand unit for storage, and it's the same shape so it looks like ju...
    Cons:
Battery door is a tight fit -- it has a slight bulge when closed, but it is secure. USB receiver is very wide due to being the ...

    Only works halfway

posted by garrettw87 on 01/13/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:less than 1 day

    Pros:
SIM card reader works, and included software required to access it is basic but works well.
    Cons:
SIM card slot is the only one that works on mine. The two removable drives that it installs do nothing when I insert an SD card...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
USB! Takes AA and AAA Can charge 1 or 2 at a time Compact Has a cap to cover the USB port Red LED indicators aren't too bright - just normal
    Cons:
    - USB ports supply 500mA, so why does this charge at such a low 100 (or 160, i'm not sure) mA? - The piece that flips down to ...
