Great for the Ultrafire C3 Stainless Steel Q5

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
These protected cells work excellent in the Ultrafire SS Q5 that only runs on the lion batteries. Runtime on high has been over two hours and the light is still very usable. Not the hot beam at the beggining of the test but still brighter than a fully char...
    Cons:
Too bad they don't work on all AA lights, as the output and runtime is great. The capacity and output is better than the less t...

    Good batteries.

    Pros:
These work well in my Huntlight and D-mini with extender tube. No fit issues, good quality construction. Much longer runtime than 2 RCR123's in my lights.
    Cons:
None so far. No duds & they all fit fine in my lights. The 500 character minimum for a battery review??? Lol.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Excellent quality shell of nicely finished stainless steel. Quite bright. Comparable to a Fenix L1D, has 3 general levels, stobe & sos. Decent runtime on the 14500 cells.
    Cons:
Can get pretty warm on high with no cooling when run for extended periods. Less an issue when holding it or the temp outside is...

    Pros:
I bought this based on other reviews, and the fact that is nearly identical to my Fenix P2D in dimensions so accecessories may be shared. Initally, I loved this light. Nearly as bright as my Fenix L1D on turbo. Nice clicky, very good construction & fi...
    Cons:
Stopped working properly and goes into low battery warning blinking after only a couple of minutes use. Took it apart, cleaned...

    Solid, cheap, reliable

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Good quality stainless steel construction. Decently bright, single mode reverse clicky. Could be used as a mule for modding if you like the design of the light. All parts easily disassembled.
    Cons:
Heavy for its output, and appears chromed over the SS body. Nice bling light if that is what you are into.

    Solid light

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Great fit & finish and the stainless steel makes a great mule body if you are into modding. I picked up several for this reason. Decently bright, nice feel in hand.
    Cons:
Gets pretty hot. Can't use AA batteries so pick up some spare lion's or don't waste your time.

    Excellent Value

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
This is a very well made little AAA light. I recieved the light from DX in about 2 weeks after ordering in a plain padded manila envelope from Hong Kong in good condition. The threads were well cut and o-rings in good condition. Threads were lightly lubed...
    Cons:
It's $15 bucks and does exactly what it is supposed to. What's not to like?
