Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Great, great, great! One of the best improvement you can do to your desktop computer! It couldn't be simpler, you plug it in any USB port, it installs itself (Windows 7) and then you can browse and connect to wireless networks. This is this simple, really. ...
    Cons:
None. Well, to be honest there is some rust on the metal end. No big deal.

    Short and cheap

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Well, when you've got too much hdd, or if your case is not that big, these come handy. Standards SATA cables are 40-50cm longs, these are 30cm so they help keep your case clean from the mess. They are thin, really thin, which may be a plus when it comes to ...
    Cons:
None. Could be cheaper, I don't know what's the high technology involved in SATA cable to make them $1+... Also, why do short c...

    Pros:
Now that's great! Waaaay cheaper than the "real" one from Canon, yet it works just the same! Put your camera on remote mode, point and shoot. And it shoots! What more do you need? Yes, there are more expensive one with many more functions, but thi...
    Cons:
Well, none. I saved many $ buying this one instead of the Canon and am not sorry.

    Pros:
Now that SATA is the norm, molex are useless, yet still on many power supplies. So what do you do once you're out of SATA power cables on your PSU? You buy molex to SATA converter! It works just great, you may not need one molex to two SATA but hey, for tha...
    Cons:
None, it transforms useless molex to usefull SATA

    Pros:
Does the job, bye bye to dust on the mirror or lens! Always good to have, you never know what may happen when you switch your lens. Buy one, you won't be sorry! It's double sided, so you get a 3-1 pen lens cleaning too, for less than a dollar per tool! Beat...

None, really. It just what it is!

    Only 2

posted by globulejoul on 06/01/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
For some reason (actually, looking at the pictures) I though there would be 4 of them. There are only 2. They work just fine, nothing we couldn't expect.
    Cons:
It's cheap, and looks cheap. It's not that much of a problem since it's not high technology there, but the pins were a bit curb...

    Works fine

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
It really is plug and play. No driver needed on Windows 7 64bits, you plug it, Windows installs drivers itself and it's good to go. It doesn't feel that cheap, it's very small which is a good thing. Transfers aren't that fast but we couldn't wait for fast t...
    Cons:
None actually, it's small, it works, it's cheap, what else do we need?

    Unbeatble price

posted by globulejoul on 03/11/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It works. What else do we need? There are plenty of shops selling them for $2-4, here you can buy for less than a dollar with you buy some. Unbeatble really!
    Cons:
40cm long could be a bit short. There are longer cables, cheap as well, on DX. Buy them too!

Does what it is supposed to do

posted by globulejoul on 03/11/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
One of a few USB hub with audio. USB works fine, just plug and pla. I wish they would do the same with USB 3.0. Cables are quite longs, which is great since the hub is not supposed to be close from the PC. Audio works fine too.
    Cons:
Almost none. Since it is supposed to be integrated on top of a desk, I wish that the blue led (which stays on) could be turned ...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Well packed. Plug and play, it really is this simple. Product is well built, it doesn't feel cheap at all. It's fast, real USB 3.0. Also, it's not as big as I thought it would be, which is good! It is powered so the PC doesn't have to be on to charge phones...
    Cons:
    None so far!
