Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Nice keyboard and cover. Bluetooth pairing works fine. Cover fits good and matches the Nexus 7. Ofcourse small keys but they do work.
    Cons:
Its heavy due to its battery I assume. And the magnet in the cover, to shutoff the Nexus 7 is much too strong, it also shuts of...

    Pros:
Since the iPad appearded, many tablets have been introduced. This is one of the Android based versions. It works, and with Android adding applications is easy. Useful tasks are ebook reading (the included iReader is not bad), photoframe, music player, and...
    Cons:
This is not an iPad killer. It is too slow, the touchpad is not good enough. Battery life is very limited (less than 2 hours). ...

    Pros:
These testing hooks are excellent. Easy to solder on wires, clips fine on devices to test. Add these to you home built test equipment for a professional look and feel.
    Cons:
Considering the prices, not much negative to say. Teh build quality is not bad at all. No idea how these clips will do in heav...

    Perfect for VGA to HDMI!

posted by hanso on 03/05/2009 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
My new LCD television has HDMI and S-Video, my notebook has VGA and S-video. S-Video is fine, VGA is much better! And this little box makes a good picture via HDMI from the VGA output.
    Cons:
Not all VGA resolutions are supported in my combination of notebook VGA and this box. 1280x800 is the best it can do. The adv...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Nowadays notebooks do not have a parallel port connector, USB took over. But there are so many devices that connect to a notebook, that this device is a good investment. Many retro computer thingies or PIC programmers, its often for a parallel interface. An...
    Cons:
Not much. Cable is long enough, its a standard device on a PC. And since it is USB 1 and 2, it will work on any recent PC/

    Pros:
Video works well. Tried both S-Video and Composite and both produce adequate quality recordings of video. Connect the audio to the standard audio card and all is well. The supplied Ulead Video Studio is a nice bounus.
    Cons:
The audio inputs of the EasyCap do not work on my noteboosk (DELL D820, D830). Either a lot of high volume static is heard, or ...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Video quality is good, especially for such a small device. I have etsted it with the video output of a DVD player and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. Subtitle can be read, even at this size. The builtin speaker is surpisingly clear for such a lit...
    Cons:
Came without instructions. Not that it is difficult to operate, attach a 12 V DC power supply with + on the tip (the usual kind...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
I have used more expensive ones in the past, but there is nothing wrong with this one for the occasional user. Fits fine and is easy to use. Comes with a convenient plastic box, so its easy to carry along. All strings will be pressed down after you tune the...
    Cons:
Not much to be negative about, certainly not for this price.
