    Get what you pay for

posted by jayto on 09/22/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
It's pretty cheap, so you might as well try it out. I liked how it the bottom part of the case has a larger hole for the ports, as opposed to some cases, where there are holes that still obstruct inserting cables. It's pretty thick, so it would guard agains...
    Cons:
It's pretty thick (like 1-1.5mm), so there's a noticeable change with or without it. It also doesn't fit as tight as I would li...

    Good Deal

posted by jayto on 06/24/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Good price. Build quality pretty good. Black, not that ugly red Datel uses. Compatible with slims and phats.
    Cons:
Memory stick it comes with has a slow write speed (read speed is fine). Cheap (actually, none) packaging.

    Does its Job

posted by jayto on 05/30/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Adds a protective cover for your phone. Slides along with the phone (very cool). Fits very snugly.
    Cons:
Build quality of the sliding section could be better. It looks a lot like a ziplock bag. On mine, it's like a ziplock bag with ...

    cute gift

posted by jayto on 05/30/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Pretty cute design. The two LEDs are pretty bright. There IS an internal battery that I suspect is recharged by the hand squeeze lever. It is quite small, a bit smaller than a computer mouse. It lights up either with a switch (battery powered). With the swi...
    Cons:
The color is a bit weird, but not a big deal. Build quality feels so-so. It would probably chip if dropped on a hard surface. T...

    So-so

posted by jayto on 03/29/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Can read pretty much any common memory card. Pretty good price. Compact enough to carry around with the laptop.
    Cons:
Fairly cheap build. Feels like I could break it in my bare hands. Not AC powered, as other reviews mention. The USB hub factor ...

Step 1: Buy. Step 2: Repeat as neccesary

posted by jayto on 03/19/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
"Duh" type of easy to use. Good price. More portable than the normal charger. Since USB is consistently 5v, and laptops tend to have universal chargers, this is a "universal" nds charger.
    Cons:
Not the strongest materials, but hey, it's a wire. It'll break if you chew on it, but most wires do that. I suppose the wire co...

    Not bad

posted by jayto on 02/21/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Small, not in-ear, compatible with any headphones. A2DP compatible, can control music on phone. Music sound quality excellent.
    Cons:
Somewhat short battery life, especially when listening to music. Small and light; the headphones can outbalance it.

    Great

posted by jayto on 09/05/2007 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Easy interface (drag-drop). Plays practically every commercial game. Easy to implement homebrew. Fits flush into the DS. Plays music/movies/books.
    Cons:
The video pretty much sucks, but that's to no fault of the R4 itself. Still occasionally freezes, but not often enough to be an...
