Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I'm always skeptical of reviews that rate EVERY category five stars, but this phone is amazing. Having had a bad experience with a cheap Chinese android phone in the past I was fearing the worst, but this has exceeded any expectation I could have had. The ...
    Cons:
Just a couple of minor points: The brightness is adjustable, but only by a very small amount. Basically the brightness can be s...

Nice Torch, But Could Be Better

posted by kiwijake on 05/08/2012 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Unusual half-turn zoom control at rear of torch (but see below). Pull-out "lantern" feature at front. Three modes. Tail stands. Looks great.
    Cons:
Zoom range is very limited compared to other torches, and beam has dark centre when zoomed out. Quite heavy and bulky due to zo...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Comfortable to hold. Button has nice amount of travel, with two very distinct stages - light pressure initially to activate AF, then firmer pressure to trip shutter. Separate lock mechanism. Because it exactly replicates the shutter release button on the ca...
    Cons:
Lock slider is a little awkward to use.

Nice solid torch, but could be better

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:

    Amazingly smooth and precise

posted by kiwijake on 01/21/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Cons:
Not suitable for small children due to the sharp cutting edges, pointed tips and the fact that they are open by default! Plast...
