    Must have

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
This item is yet another one of those that DX is famous for. The price alone makes it a winner as something like this costs three times more where I live. It works too. All my Android devices -- HTCs and Samsungs -- have no trouble reading flash drives and ...
    Cons:
The product, as in others that are cheaply sold, looks like it cannot stand heavy use. This can be remedied by taking extra car...

Nice dual sim adapter but not many options

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
I'm using it on a Samsung Galaxy Note II and it works. It takes a bit of experimentation to find the sweet spot where it can be squeezed between the battery and the back cover. Works: voice calls, messaging, video calls, HSPA internet, others might also be ...
    Cons:
Build quality is also a con as it looks very easy to damage. Changing sim will involve a downtime of about 10 seconds in which ...

    I love this!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
This thing is amazing. It's range is ok even without a headphone or charger cable plugged in to double as antenna. It's very power efficient - I use cheap rechargeable batteries and one charge lasts a week even after heavy use. The sound is great.
    Cons:
No cons except that I would have wanted a manual with more explanation of the features like the function of the USB port. But I...

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
    - Easy to install, it's my first time opening an iphone and youtube was very helpful; - The screen itself looked sturdier than the one I was replacing; - Fits 3G perfectly.
    Cons:
    - As one poster has stated, the LCD flat cable needed to be positioned a certain way to work. I had to prop it with a piece of ...

A good replacement that will not disappoint.

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
The thing works! I did not expect too much as this is a replacement knock-off but to my surprise, it was as good as the original, as far as i can tell. The only hard thing i encountered is opening the nokia 6680. After that, fitting the device was a cinch. ...
    Cons:
The only drawback I have discovered was that the colors are a bit darker than the original. This may be a con but I realize tha...

Has drawbacks but cheap and useful

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
The shock and vibrate functions work well if you remember not to be trigger happy. The collar's strap is very sturdy. But I'm not going to use it to attach the leash since the protruding terminals may pierce my dog's neck if I tug on it. It's cheap. Where I...
    Cons:
    - The activate button seems to deliver different levels of shock and vibrate depending on how long you hold it pushed even if y...

    Great concept! OK implementation

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Very nice and useful concept. Has a wide IR range (though that probably also depends on your remote controller). I use the unused buttons on my TV's remote control for the on/off switch of the units i bought.
    Cons:
Build quality is poor. The side sockets of the units I bought are no longer working, probably shoddy soldering. There is no cle...

    A passable clone, with defects

posted by lejige on 08/02/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
    1. It's an HTC Touch clone. Looks like an original even to those used to the real thing. Well, unless you look at the usb port on the bottom. 2. WM6.1 is very customizable if you're used to the OS. 3. Nice battery life. 4. Wifi and bluetooth are OK.
    Cons:
There are many. 1. Runs very slowly. The CPU speed is set at 180 MHz. You'll have to use an overclocking app to set it to a h...

Hope this prolongs my car battery's life

posted by lejige on 07/26/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I got this because I usually leave my car parked for days at a time and find my battery struggling to start the ignition. I have a long car and the device's cable is long enough to let me place it by the rear window. It's very easy to install, just plug it ...
    Cons:
If you're cigarette lighter socket does not connect to the battery when the key is in the off position, you'll have to find a w...

    A bit disappointing

posted by lejige on 07/26/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I got one that looked like the original Nokia battery. It even had the Nokia logos. But that's where the similarities end.
    Cons:
Battery life is very short. If I take about 5 short calls lasting about 2 minutes each, the charge is gone by the time i get of...
