Great light - don't pay $250 at a bike shop

posted by missionaryman on 01/02/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
900 lumens for under $100, average car headlight = 500 lumens so it does give off some great light, it would be brighter than or equal to HID systems of 13w and under. Truly complete kit, dummy proof plug & play with mains or 12v charging options and beltp...
    Cons:
I honestly do not have any at all, everything about it impressed me.

    It's an extension cable

posted by missionaryman on 01/02/2011 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
It does indeed extend your power source to output device cable length as intended, what more can I say? Ok I'll be more specific - it fits very well, makes a good low resistance contact, has a very tight air/water/dustproof seal over the other end of the p...
    Cons:
It really is quite hard to disconnect, in order to avoid random outbursts of highly reckless and uncontainable fury position it...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Bright, long run time, complete kit, well made compared to cheaper alternatives, mains & car charging options. Really comes into its own when zoomed out into a flood light, in a really dark open space it can create an amazing wall of light. Proper spun al...
    Cons:
Bit pricey by today's Chinese made HID offering's standards Awful tint - I have whiter halogens Bit of a mismatch for an HID ...

    Pros:

    Cons:
Belt clip mounts light facing up - pretty useless this way Contact is a bit fussy, have the tailcap a poofteenth loose and it'...

    Cons:
Plastic wrapping is a bit "how ya going" in places with PCB's not exactly parallel
