    good little light

posted by paultech on 04/22/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
small, has a strong magnet in the base, tightly focused BRIGHT light. Works well with standard AAs. No flashing No dimming, just ON/OFF which is a relief after suffering lights which required 5 clicks to get to a steady beam.
    Cons:
doesn't work with AA nicads, probably not enough voltage. The triangular clip just seems to get in the way, easily removed.

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
definitely 5 conductive fingers(yes, including thumb). Very handy for tablets with 4\5 finger swipe. Thick and reasonably wind proof, not waterproof. The conductive finger tips are the same colour as the rest of the gloves.
    Cons:
only in small size, and I have XXXL hands. Didn't buy them for myself but I would like to have a pair.

posted by paultech on 03/22/2013 Certified Owner

Involvement:General (knows how to use it) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
after losing a similar but grey model I bought the yellow version so I would have a better chance of finding it, if I did happen to misplace it. easy to see how much fuel is left. The cord is very handy. It seems to seal well.
    Cons:
It can get hot, but then again that is what it is supposed to do The flame can be hard to see, even with the metal wire.
