Why haven't other companies made mice like this?

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
-Awesome mouse, perfect form factor, excellent for working on multiple computers at once when there isn't much desk space. -Cable is a bit longer than I remembered from the one I had years ago, and the finish seems more matte (less reflective), but that mig...
    Cons:
-The left button (middle click as the computer sees it) is a bit sensitive on mine, but still works fine. -Cable seems a bit th...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
-Does what it claims. -Controller box is sensitive and the adjuster-knob allows setting the sensitivity from nothing detected to everything detected, and everywhere in-between. -Build quality isn't spectacular, but holds up so far. -Comes with 3M mounting s...
    Cons:
-Bright. Incredibly so. Don't put these in direct sight if you plan to drive & use these at night. Seriously, don't, becaus...

    Surprisingly Durable

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Doesn't look particularly cheap. Feels very solid. Has a firm grip on connected cables, but not too tight. Does what it's expected to do.
    Cons:
Nothing, unless there's something besides connecting two cables that a coupler should do that I'm not yet aware of.

    Better than sku.18463!

posted by queryno4 on 05/26/2010 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
Works, seems far more durable than it looks. Being used with a 133x 32GB Kingston CompactFlash card in a Toshiba Gigabeat F40. Speeds are comparable to use outside of the adapter (fast), so no complaints or issues there.
    Cons:
It's not as cheap as the old one? I'd still pay double or triple what I did if I had to though.
