    Nice balance of flood and throw No center hot spot - nice beam Compact Great output for size O-rings everywhere they should be

    Threads on tailcap fussy Heatsinking marginal Memory doesn't always work Strobe and SOS

    Tanto blade Good shoulder on sharpening Came reasonably sharp Easy to sharpen Button release works well Easy one-hand opening Good grip All metal

    Opens easily with one hand Button lock release handy Solid - no wobbles. Bead blasted blade Laser etched markings Came sharp with fine machining on edge Blade closes perfectly centered. Aluminum handle appears to be anodized Good gripping surfaces ...

    9 tiny torx screws - my set doesn't go that small so I hope they stay tight. Clip a little tight

    Pros:
    Bright with 14500 - seems to be the rated 230 lumens Floody beam with decent throw Memory works well O-rings and lube everywhere Tailstands SKU 26124 protected 14500 batteries fit fine and remove easily
    Cons:
    Slight doughnut in beam against white wall but not noticable in normal use Clip not sturdy enough for belt but OK for pocket

    Bright - Seems to be R2 Switch easier to use than many AAA lights Inexpensive
