    Pros:
You won't find a cheapest EL sheet driver, and a cheapest EL sheet too! And now DX combine them at an astonishing price, as a "replacement" for special music activated t-shirt! Circuit is easy to understand and hack ;) and the battery holder has a power su...
    Cons:
driver and cables should have been more "hi-tec" but it's not a con as you can fix, hack and mod them ;) dunno if the EL panel...

    rugged and handly reader

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
It's the cheapest microSDHC card reader I've found in here! Successfully tested with a Kingstom 16GB microSDHC; a translucent plastic cap prevents the USB connector to collect dust and dirt inside ;-)
    Cons:
It's not the smallest microSD/TF reader, nevertheless the card does not hide completely into the body of the reader. Maybe it's...

unbelievable tiny card reader, up to 16GB!!!

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I can't figure out a tiniest TF/SD adapter! SDHC compliant, I've successfully tested (and mantained!) with a 16GB Kingstom microSDHC. As from the card insertion technique, you won't ever connect it wrongly to an USB female plug. Metal case (the USB plug ...
    Cons:
maybe you'll easily loose the protective cap, and it's tricky to wire it to a strap as from the very little holes it has to pas...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
Really lightweight and surprisely well build usb card reader! I've bought a couple of them for two 1GB microSD laying around, and I'm completely satisfied, even in comparison with other DX similar (but less cheap) products.
    Cons:
Speed (both write and read) is not so bright, but for my mp3 car stereo and my dvb-t receiver it's enough for a satisfactory re...

    Pros:
    - The "ballast" is really small - It's really, really cheap! - Does not turn hot even after long usage - It's easy to include in your DIY projects
    Cons:
I've not tried to, but I suppose it's not dimmable (surely with AC mains dimmers, but even trying to dim the output with proper...

    Pros:
The solar locust is a sort of bristlebot: a pager motor activated by the sun shining on the solar cell makes him buzz and move all arount on flat surfaces. Great build quality, a very eye-catching little nice toy!
    Cons:
Here now it's winter, I cannot test its efficiency under direct sunlight; Obviously works with halogen or incandescent lamps t...
