    Pros:
Suitable for any application you can set it to! I have been using a pair in my DIY blu-ray laser for over 2 months and still havn't charged them. The voltage is still above 2.75v which is as low as you would want to take these cells. Their voltage currently...

    Pros:
Very nice build quality on this jet torch. It has a futuristic style to it and has alot of functions for an antirely mechanical torch. I can melt through lead solder very quickly to coat wires. It is fantastic for small to very large diamter heat shrink tub...
    Cons:
Can't really think or find any cons. Everything is relative.

    Pros:
I am very pleased with the output of this light. I have had over an hour of runtime so far on one of the trustfires from here on dx. The machining quality of the casing is very good, even excellent and the threads fit very nicely between the head and the bo...
    Cons:
The hole which is drilled for the wrist-strap/lanyard tore out as it was drilled to close to the end of the casing. However due...

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
I have seen these in my local bike shope for a little bit more than advertised here on DX. These are great units and I and fellow cyclists use them daily! Id say these are more cycling lights than keyrings. Strobe mode seems to grab peoples attention. They ...

Review for 5W AA LED Keychain Flashlight

posted by thirtyfourfifty on 10/31/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 day to 1 week

    Pros:
Bright for 1 x AA. Works fine on 1.2v nimh batteries. It's a very good everyday light without being blinding bright. Good reflector, switch and great body for the price. Good project/beginners light. Good reading or map light. It has a tactical head!
    Cons:
    Not 5W but good enough.

posted by thirtyfourfifty on 10/31/2008 Certified Owner

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:1 week to 1 month

    Pros:
I use this flashlight mount on my downhill mountain bike and occasionally go offroad. The flashlight mount is very sturdt in its attaching to the bike and in its construction. The flashlight fits SKU 01255 (9led flashlight 2 pack) very nice and snug. The un...
    Cons:
No real cons. I was worried that the unit would not fit my thick handlebars or big flashlight. But there was no problems.

Involvement:Expert (understands the inner workings) - Ownership:more than 1 month

    Pros:
These red laser modules are perfect for DIY pointers. I have mounted some of these into SKU 01255 (9led flashlights) and kept them with the stock driver boards and diodes. They make great high power (without getting too crazy) red pointers. They have a good...

    I cant pick any cons.
